Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Tweakments Club handles deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Treatment requests and bookings

Submitting a request through the website or by message does not confirm an appointment. A booking is only confirmed once a suitable slot has been offered and any required deposit has been received.

Deposits

Where a deposit is required, this is used to secure your appointment and reserve clinic time. Deposit details will be confirmed directly before your appointment is secured.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, allow your deposit to be transferred once to a new available appointment date.

Late cancellations, lateness and non-attendance

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, do not attend, or arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to proceed, your deposit will usually be retained to cover reserved clinic time and associated costs. This does not affect any legal cancellation rights you may have where your booking was made at a distance.

Consultations and treatment suitability

All consultations and treatments remain subject to suitability and professional judgment. We reserve the right not to proceed with treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe to do so.

Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Online, phone, or distance bookings

If you book with us online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp, you may have legal cancellation rights in some circumstances. Where those rights apply, this policy does not override them. If you ask us to begin providing services within that cancellation period, you may be charged a reasonable amount for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

Where we cancel

If we need to cancel an offered or confirmed appointment and we are unable to rearrange it suitably, any deposit paid for that appointment will be refunded or transferred, as appropriate.
