Treatment suitability

All treatments are subject to suitability, medical assessment, and professional judgment. Submitting a request through the website does not confirm that treatment will be offered or that a booking has been accepted.

Requests and appointments

A request submitted through the website, by email, by phone, or by WhatsApp is not a confirmed appointment. We review requests individually and contact clients personally to discuss suitability, clinic availability, and next steps. An appointment is only confirmed once it has been offered and any required deposit has been received.

Consultations

Where appropriate, consultation may be arranged before treatment or as part of the treatment journey. Consultation requirements vary depending on the treatment, your individual circumstances, and clinical judgment.

Pricing

Any prices shown on the website are for general guidance and may change. Final pricing, deposits, and treatment plans will be confirmed directly with you before an appointment is secured.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be confirmed with you before booking is finalised. Unless we agree otherwise, deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, allow your deposit to be transferred once to a new available appointment date.

Late canellations, lateness and non-attendance

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, do not attend, or arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to proceed, your deposit will usually be retained to cover reserved clinic time and associated costs.

Distance bookings

f you book with us online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp, you may have legal cancellation rights in some circumstances. Where those rights apply, this policy does not override them. If you ask us to begin providing services within that cancellation period, you may be charged a reasonable amount for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

Payments

Full payment for treatment is required as agreed at the time of booking or on the day of your appointment, depending on the arrangement confirmed with you.

Refunds

Deposits and completed treatments are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in exceptional circumstances.

Medical information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and previous treatments. We may refuse treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

Results

Individual results vary. No specific result can be guaranteed. Before-and-after images, testimonials, and treatment descriptions are illustrative only and do not guarantee the same outcome for every client.

Age requirements

Treatments are generally intended for adults only. We may ask for proof of age or identity where appropriate.

Children and guests

For safety, privacy, and clinic practicality, we may ask that children and additional guests do not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
